Meditation is digestion. One area many are weak, thus they don't get much from GOD'S word. You see, when you spend ten minutes reading a portion of the scriptures, spend an hour or more brooding over it. Stand up, walk up and down and think deep about what you have read. Speak those scriptures to yourself over and over, again and again. One way to help break down the truth of the word is to hold a pen and a jotter and write down whatever revelation comes to you as you meditate. You will not get much out of GOD'S Word if you don't spend quality time in Meditation. One verse of the Bible you meditate on can produce ten books of revelation if you can take your time to ponder on it. There is so much in GOD'S Word only if you can spend quality time in meditation. As you meditate, you are digesting the word. Let's put this into practice today. Read the scriptures below holding a pen and a jotter and meditate (ponder on it). Take your time with it, do not rush. Happy study.

[1]Then the Lord answered Job from the whirlwind:
[2]“Why are you using your ignorance to deny my providence?
[3]Now get ready to fight, for I am going to demand some answers from you, and you must reply.

[5]Do you know how its dimensions were determined, and who did the surveying?

ASSIGNMENT : As you meditate, see if you can answer any of the questions GOD asked. Example, in verse 17-18, "where is the location of the gates of death ?" and other questions. Let's see you try.

This world is spiritual and filled with mysteries that non can fully unravel for eternity. Trees, wind, water, light, land, space, etc, all carry tremendous powers and mysteries whose unravelling to an extent has led to so many innovations and inventions : radio, TV, satellites, phones, diverse technological, scientific, medical products, etc. All these came into force when GOD spoke the world into existence. We are yet to unravel less than 0.1% of these hidden mysteries. Food is one of such mysteries. Just a small glimpse of the spiritual power of food. Find somewhere quiet where you can be alone and give this all your attention. It can save you from unseen destruction Diligently follow me as we bring out the power of food to move heaven on your behalf. Many of us think things just happen, divine intervention just come, you think you just shout and things change; some even claim favour for being lazy, common saying is "favour is when you do nothing and get everything." To really survive this cursed world, you must understand not only the physical dimensions of this world, but also the spiritual. The spiritual most important. The spiritual actually run things and determine events. It controls the physical. If you can get the spiritual right, the physical will eventually fall into place. Powers of darkness operate the spiritual to destroy. They can run things from their bedroom. A small girl that has the understanding of the spiritual can wreck an entire community. She can bring both old and young to their knees before her. Spiritual laws actually determine what happens, not your Will. Prayers is just one out of many of those laws you must apply to survive this world. Evil charms and powers are potent and work because they are established on spiritual laws. Example : there are certain parts of a woman's body a man must not see, they will move him. This is why those parts of a woman's body must only be revealed in marriage to her spouse, any other exposure can bring trouble for her. When those parts are taken and used to produce charms, they become powerful weapons of seduction and lust. You get the point, a law at work. Therefore, these laws can be harnessed for bad purposes. Your weapons of mass destruction as examples. Scientific laws are obeyed to produce them. Let's check out another law that originated in GOD. The spiritual power of food.

Exodus 25:17-22. KJV
And thou shalt make a mercy seat of pure gold: two cubits and a half shall be the length thereof, and a cubit and a half the breadth thereof. And thou shalt make two cherubims of gold, of beaten work shalt thou make them, in the two ends of the mercy seat. And make one cherub on the one end, and the other cherub on the other end: even of the mercy seat shall ye make the cherubims on the two ends thereof. And the cherubims shall stretch forth their wings on high, covering the mercy seat with their wings, and their faces shall look one to another; toward the mercy seat shall the faces of the cherubims be. And thou shalt put the mercy seat above upon the ark; and in the ark thou shalt put the testimony that I shall give thee. And there I will meet with thee, and I will commune with thee from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubims which are upon the ark of the testimony, of all things which I will give thee in commandment unto the children of Israel.

The people were to construct after the similitude of what is in heaven. We see the Mercy seat replica (seat of GOD in heaven) with design specifications, we see Cherubims stationed around the mercy seat spreading their wings over it (read your book of revelations and see the heavenly original) just as it obtains in heaven, we see the ark containing the laws of GOD (constitution) under the mercy seat. That is a replica of the throne room in heaven where GOD communes with hosts of heaven, receives our prayers and release answers and judgements on earth. All these you can find in the book of Daniel, Revelations, Ezekiel, etc. After construction, GOD HIMSELF will start coming to commune with Moses and the people. All these actually took place in the old testament. Mercy seat, the seat of GOD. Let's read further.

Exodus 25:23-30. KJV
Thou shalt also make a table of shittim wood: two cubits shall be the length thereof, and a cubit the breadth thereof, and a cubit and a half the height thereof. And thou shalt overlay it with pure gold, and make thereto a crown of gold round about. And thou shalt make unto it a border of an hand breadth round about, and thou shalt make a golden crown to the border thereof round about. And thou shalt make for it four rings of gold, and put the rings in the four corners that are on the four feet thereof. Over against the border shall the rings be for places of the staves to bear the table. And thou shalt make the staves of shittim wood, and overlay them with gold, that the table may be borne with them. And thou shalt make the dishes thereof, and spoons thereof, and covers thereof, and bowls thereof, to cover withal: of pure gold shalt thou make them. And thou shalt set upon the table shewbread before me alway.
A table was to be placed before the mercy seat, dishes for food, spoons, table clothes, bowls, just like a real dining table setting. All these before the mercy seat, the seat of GOD. Dining settings are meant for only one thing, food. Food was to be placed on that table

"...And thou shalt set upon the table shewbread before me alway."

Shewbread is showbread.

Showbread [n.]: Bread of exhibition; loaves to set before God; -- the term used in translating the various phrases used in the Hebrew and Greek to designate the loaves of bread which the priest of the week placed before the Lord on the golden table in the sanctuary. They were made of fine flour unleavened, and were changed every Sabbath. The loaves, twelve in number, represented the twelve tribes of Israel. They were to be eaten by the priests only, and in the Holy Place.

It is very clear from the above that THE GOD OF HEAVEN WE SERVE DEMANDS THAT FOOD MUST BE SET BEFORE HIM REGULARLY FOR HIS CONSUMPTION.

That is a spiritual law clearly stated throughout the entire Bible. Of course, GOD does not eat, therefore someone that can eat must eat those food for HIM, the Priests on earth (true and genuinely called and anointed servants of GOD, not fake). We eat them on GOD'S behalf. Who brings those food ? The people. For who ? GOD ALMIGHTY. Who collects and eat them ? We true servants of GOD. Scriptures to confirm these.

Numbers 18:8-14. KJV
And the LORD spake unto Aaron, Behold, I also have given thee the charge of mine heave offerings of all the hallowed things of the children of Israel; unto thee have I given them by reason of the anointing, and to thy sons, by an ordinance for ever. This shall be thine of the most holy things, reserved from the fire: every oblation of theirs, every meat offering of theirs, and every sin offering of theirs, and every trespass offering of theirs which they shall render unto me, shall be most holy for thee and for thy sons. In the most holy place shalt thou eat it; every male shall eat it: it shall be holy unto thee. And this is thine; the heave offering of their gift, with all the wave offerings of the children of Israel: I have given them unto thee, and to thy sons and to thy daughters with thee, by a statute for ever: every one that is clean in thy house shall eat of it. All the best of the oil, and all the best of the wine, and of the wheat, the firstfruits of them which they shall offer unto the LORD, them have I given thee. And whatsoever is first ripe in the land, which they shall bring unto the LORD, shall be thine; every one that is clean in thine house shall eat of it. Every thing devoted in Israel shall be thine.

Those who eat them must be the anointed servants of GOD; NOT FAKE.

"...unto thee have I given them by reason of the anointing,"

Why did GOD establish it as an ordinance for ever even continued in the new testament as a Church ordinance and practice ?

1 Corinthians 9:13-14. KJV
Do ye not know that they which minister about holy things live of the things of the temple? and they which wait at the altar are partakers with the altar? Even so hath the Lord ordained that they which preach the gospel should live of the gospel.

Ezekiel 44:29-30. KJV. Emphasis Mine.
They shall eat the meat offering, and the sin offering, and the trespass offering: and every dedicated thing in Israel shall be theirs. And the first of all the firstfruits of all things, and every oblation of all, of every sort of your oblations, shall be the priest's: ye shall also give unto the priest the first of your dough, that he may cause the blessing to rest in thine house.

THE SPIRITUAL LAW
Food offered unto GOD and consumed by GOD'S true servants ONLY have the power to activate GOD'S mercy to bring blessings upon the people. Until this law is obeyed, some blessings will not be received.

The Bible enjoins us to do many things for GOD, but one of those things we are commanded to send up to GOD is food. Try it out once in a while and see the result. There are certain instances heaven will require you to do such for certain disasters to be averted and certain blessings to come your way. I have seen testimonies to that effect. I have had GOD give me specific instructions on several occasions to do such, as I obey I see the results. I go shopping, buy food items and give them to true men of GOD as led. I once got some money for the end of the year and I was led to invite believers and poor (according to my ability), and feed them all. There are times GOD will lead me to go to a particular house and demand to eat. Strange instruction. Each time I do this and they obey, they escape some disasters. I have used this law to deliver some from death. I get to pray for them and the LORD tells me I must eat their food for them to escape. GOD shows me disasters coming the way of some who gave me food to eat and tells me HE has delivered them because they gave me food to eat. This is different from giving money. I mean you go shopping, buy food items and give to genuine servants of GOD, of course you add some money for other ingredients they may need.

A SPIRITUAL LAW
Matthew 10:41-42. Living Bible Version
[41]If you welcome a prophet because he is a man of God, you will be given the same reward a prophet gets. And if you welcome good and godly men because of their godliness, you will be given a reward like theirs.
[42]“And if, as my representatives, you give even a cup of cold water to a little child, you will surely be rewarded.”

Obedience to that law can deliver you from death and diverse destructions. Remember Elijah and the widow of Zarephath in 1 Kings 17: 1-16.

There is no way you will be feeding a true representative of GOD and disasters will easily pick you.

This law is as potent as the power of prayers and worship. Each time you get the opportunity to feed a true man of GOD, seize it, you never can tell. I have seen obedience to that law kill barrenness.

GIVE TO THE POOR TOO
St. Luke 14:13-14. KJV
But when thou makest a feast, call the poor, the maimed, the lame, the blind: And thou shalt be blessed; for they cannot recompense thee: for thou shalt be recompensed at the resurrection of the just.

Never despise the poor, they are a good source of blessings.

Proverbs 22:9. KJV
He that hath a bountiful eye shall be blessed; for he giveth of his bread to the poor.

One key way you can escape famine and hunger. Give GOD food !

THE FOOD YOU CONSUME WILL ONLY KEEP YOUR BODY, THE FOOD YOU SEND TO GOD WILL BRING YOU BLESSINGS.

Let us pray.

YOU CAN NEVER HAVE THE DINING WITHOUT THE KITCHEN. If you avoid the kitchen, you will never have the dining. The kitchen is the father of the dining. Kitchen is often a process that encompasses what you do or not do, that which you have control over or don't have control over. Outcome is often outside your control, but if you get the process right, the outcome will favour you. To leave a country you go through a process : get passport, get visa, get flight ticket and plane, board, etc. If you follow it properly, you will get there. We often never follow properly and never arrive at our desired destination. Those who cut corners to get there eventually get deported, their stay lack peace and rest. Learn from that. Even in our day to day activities, process abound; in government, in business, in education, in banking, etc. You don't just walk into a bank for a first time, mention your name and you get money. No sir. I have recently tried opening a second account with a bank and completed all formalities, two weeks is gone and I am yet to get a response nor account number; guess a process I know nothing about is still ongoing. I am not a banker. Why do things pass through process, to produce what you want. That is the law of life. To despise process is to reject your desire. You sabotage your desire. THE PROCESS IS ALWAYS MEANT FOR YOUR GOOD. The product is inherent in the process. You stand at the base of a tree, pluck an orange and eat. That orange didn't just appear there, it started as a seed a farmer planted, went through years of growth until it began to produce fruit. That fruit still had to wait to get ripe enough to be eaten. Nobody gets anywhere in life without going through a process that will produce it, not even with GOD. This is where most miss GOD. They want it, but when GOD begins to take them through the process that will take them where they want, they run or start disobeying and they never arrive at the desired result. Beloved, you need to learn the ways of GOD and learn how to cooperate with HIM to get where you want. 

Spiritual warfare is a vast field of knowledge that will take you a whole lifetime to grasp, if you fully grasp it. Nonetheless, you must have the basics if you will stand a chance in this world. The early you understand spiritual warfare from GOD'S revelation to us as found in the Bible, good Gospel books, sound teachers of GOD'S Word and diverse incidents of life we see and hear of daily, the better for you. Many have been victims of spiritual warfare they know nothing about. So unfortunate. See destitutes, mad people, poverty stricken people, diverse shame and disgrace, various sickness and disease, afflictions and destruction of all sorts and kind ravaging people, places and things, etc, all results of spiritual warfare. I always thank GOD for giving me Salvation in JESUS early in life and giving me the opportunity to grow in HIM very fast. I became a prayer warrior and a fire preacher too fast, all from my high school days. I started praying all night alone and spend almost a whole day locked up in a prayer room somewhere praying in tongues non stop, morning till evening. I had a prayer clothe dedicated for such purpose since I often pray lying on the floor getting the clothe dirty. I wash it and then keep it for the next personal groaning and travailing in prayers on the floor. All these from my teenage years. I devoured books and Gospel materials like mad, etc. When I look back and see many destruction that have missed me in life, I always profoundly from the depth of my heart say GOD THANK YOU. What if I had not known all that or get trained by the HOLY SPIRIT the way HE did. It is me, GOD, JESUS AND THE HOLY SPIRIT forever and ever. If not for them.......

If you don't know spiritual warfare from GOD'S perspective in the Bible, you are toast. Many learn spiritual warfare practices that ensnare them the more, so unfortunate. One major weapon of destruction is generational curse. A most potent arrow that always hit home. It never misses. Escaping it requires direct access to divine mercy that requires several demands of heaven to be met, often sacrificial in nature, being a prayer warrior alone is not enough to escape such. Beloved, no spiritualist will help deliver you from such attacks. Once it is generational curse, they either flee or deceive you. A major reason many go from one spiritualist to another spending fortune, yet no remedy. They will never tell you the truth since going against such curses in your life can also destroy them too. Only the true Church and true servants of GOD don't run from such because we are sent by GOD and are always delivered from the backlash that comes with it as long as we stay obedient to HIM. You preach against some things and those same things come after you, what if GOD'S Mercy is not with you. Do you think anybody can cast out devils, bind and lose, set captives free, etc, the way we do and still go about sound and healthy. Do you know the depth of wickedness of devils. All devils you cast out will always come after you, if they miss you they target your loved ones. You live in the midst of witches and yet preach and pray against their works, yet you are still alive ! Do you think you are the one protecting yourself ?  Do you know how many hosts of spirits visit your house every day and night seeking access to come in to kill you, yet you sleep and wake daily. You have no idea how many arrows of death and diverse destruction that have missed me just as a result of these works alone, yet we ask for simple tithe to eat and you still refuse us, some of you have never bothered to send me a single note of appreciation and encouragement. Not good. Only truly called, ordained and anointed by GOD servants of GOD can stand up to certain attacks in your life and still go about safe under divine protection.

The earlier you begin to devour the Bible, expose yourself to sound teachings of GOD'S Word and above all, learn how to hear the voice of the HOLY SPIRIT and obey HIM, the better for you. The subject of spiritual warfare is so vast, I can't cover it all here today. We will continue in another message. 

Beloved, in a previous service, I have taught on declarations; speaking forth with your mouth in JESUS NAME what you wish happen to you and manifest in you. Check archive one page. Some of the reasons are the following.

Some hate the good you are and wish you manifest evil nature. This is why there are a lot of charms available in abundance for you to perpetrate all manner of wickedness, some are even advertised. I still wonder what all these things are meant for. You may not know them, but these evil ones are all around you pretending to like your holy and good character, though they ridicule you and speak evil of you in secret. The Bible makes it clear they hate you just as they hated JESUS. JESUS already warned us.

St. Luke 6:22-23. KJV
Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake. Rejoice ye in that day, and leap for joy: for, behold, your reward is great in heaven: for in the like manner did their fathers unto the prophets.

Never forget, righteousness and sonship in CHRIST will always attract the deep hatred of darkness, even doing good. JESUS healed the sick and they plotted HIS death. Some won't let you know, they will pretend until they catch you and then make you commit all kinds of abomination to their satisfaction. One major reason they afflict true ministers of the Gospel and true believers with evil gifts to destroy their holiness, purity and sabotage their anointing, some even end up being initiated. This is why you should stop what you are doing now and pray hard against such evil gifts reaching you. I did it since the 90s, thus all attempts to bring such nonsense near me failed. One of such gifts, could be anything, is enough to bring you so much shame, disgrace and destruction. Evil spirits will instantly possess you including some of those you have cast out before seeking retaliation against you and your family. They will from within you push you out of the way of righteousness to sin and death through various means. A major mission of evil spirits is to send all to hell, therefore those who bring such evil gifts to you want you in hell. Shun the wealth of darkness and be contented. Live holy, pray, give (most important), obey GOD always, make sacrifices unto HIM and at the right time GOD'S own wealth will arrive.

Some cannot hide it, their words and acts reveals they hate your purity. Your constant positive declarations over your life will keep you safe from all their arrows fired at you to make you become evil. Rise up now and make the following declarations after the Salvation prayers.

SALVATION IN JESUS
Go on your knees and do it now. Pray like this.

I acknowledge I am a sinner, GOD forgive me. Blood of JESUS cleanse me from my sins. I receive the sacrifice of JESUS on the cross and confess HIM as my LORD and Saviour. I believe and so I have confessed".

Having done that, go to the foundation class page and follow it through. Don't ignore this.

1. I am a godly person, I live holy and walk in purity all the days of my life.

2. I walk in love, that is my nature.

3. My spirit, soul and body, reject everything contrary to good, love, purity and godliness. This is my Will.

4. I reject all forms of pride, selfishness, greed, strife and hatred manifesting in me.

5. Every weapon and instruments of darkness trying to turn me to what is contrary to good and godliness in any way, catch fire and be destroyed in JESUS NAME. Any other weapon used for such purpose against me, continue to be destroyed by fire.

6. I am fully consecrated to GOD and HIS work, everything in me comply.

7. The spiritual law of sacrifice, to make me take necessary actions GOD want me to take for my good, become part of my life, I release my spirit, soul and body to you to control according to the Will of GOD.

8. I receive Mercy from GOD against anything meant to make me go contrary to that which is right before GOD. I reject them all. Heaven, that is my Will.

9. Open to Ephesians 5:1-11 and declare the positive ones over your life, personalising them; declare null and void over your life, the negative ones.

Example: Ephesians 5:1-2
I am therefore a follower of God, as dear children; i walk in love, as Christ also hath loved me, and hath given himself for me an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.

Reject the bad ones this way. Ephesians 5:3 But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, will never be once named in me, as becometh saints;

Now do it for the rest of the scriptures.

10. Do the same for Collosians 3:1-17.

11. I walk in peace, I live in peace and peace is my nature.

12. I reject all instincts and negative heredity contrary to new nature and new life in CHRIST. LORD, perform all needed surgeries in me to remove anything of such that still remains in me in JESUS NAME. My Will cooperate fully.

13. Pray this prayer and mean it.

In the name of JESUS that called Apostle Tosin Oke, I hereby bless him for obeying your voice and bringing these messages to us. I hereby pronounce these blessings (name all the good you can think of) on him and all those whose resources help bring these messages to us.

Psalms 42:1. KJV
As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God.

Beloved, getting born-again is a beginning in GOD, it is just like being born as a baby. You are still a baby in the spirit. Your newly reborn spirit man is still young and must grow. Foundation class is a must for all, but you must progress. Actually, there are levels in GOD. Attaining these levels demands several things. Some of these levels are : levels where you are still confused about many things and still find it hard to hear GOD. Levels where you hear GOD yourself and beginning to enjoy certain degrees of HIS anointing. There are several advanced levels in GOD that very few have been able to attain in their lifetime. Some see certain spiritual receptivity as a special phenomenon, visions and dreams are things that come to them at a precious price of prayer and fasting. Some still fast for many days just so they can be in the spirit, though living in the spirit should be your normal way of life as a believer. Unbelievers live in the flesh, we live and walk in the spirit as our normal.  All these are not bad, but you can still progress to levels where you can live in the spirit and switch from the natural to the supernatural and switch back effortlessly. All these have to do with how well developed your spirit man is. If your spirit man is spiritually well fed and you maintain a pristine life of purity, you have heaven radiating its glory in your spirit, your mind and body are fully conquered; there are some things you can achieve in an instant without any special long prayers, sweating and fasting. Of course, long prayers will precede this level. Let me show you some strange spiritual levels in GOD.

2 Kings 6:12. MSG
But one of his men said, "No, my master, dear king. It's not any of us. It's Elisha the prophet in Israel. He tells the king of Israel everything you say, even what you whisper in your bedroom."

2 Kings 6:32-33. GNT
And he sent a messenger to get Elisha.
Meanwhile Elisha was at home with some elders who were visiting him. Before the king's messenger arrived, Elisha said to the elders, “That murderer is sending someone to kill me! Now, when he gets here, shut the door and don't let him come in. The king himself will be right behind him.” He had hardly finished saying this, when the king arrived and said, “It's the Lord who has brought this trouble on us! Why should I wait any longer for him to do something?”

Those are just two out of many in the Bible. Check out Moses and other prophets. They all moved at certain levels available to all who can attain it. Other strange levels of power and anointing abound. Several true believers who have walked with GOD over generations have been able to operate in certain dimensions that many almost worship them as gods. You tend to worship what looks special and strange to you.
IF YOU HAVE IT, YOU WILL NOT WORSHIP IT AND THAT IS NOT PRIDE.

For me, this present generation of believers still need to press more into GOD. Evil spirits work freely on the mind of many believers without them suspecting a thing. They have achieved so much with it that they treat and also attempt to operate against some of us with utter disdain. Some even show their presence, unlike before. Not their fault, we caused it. Many can't differentiate between the whispers of evil spirits and the quiet nudging of the HOLY SPIRIT. Here is an example.

I was coordinating a meeting of believers in CHRIST and we were all discussing. All of a sudden, one or two of them began to make suggestions that could cause trouble if not properly handled. Every casual person will not suspect a thing, it all looked natural. I smiled within and said to myself, "they are around". What do i mean ? An agent of darkness in the environment was hit by our presence in prayers, worship, etc and wanted to cause confusion and commotion in our midst. She began to remotely work on the mind of those raising those suggestions without them suspecting a thing. Being sensitive in the Spirit, I discerned what was happening and wisely manoeuvred the meeting away from the trouble intended. Subsequent events later confirmed the spiritual behind the scene manipulation. This same strategy have been used to cause quarrel and break up Churches.

This is why you must not stop advancing in GOD. At certain levels, evil ones can still manipulate you and you may still find it hard to operate in certain ways. All these high levels in the spirit comes with the consistent  training and developing of your spirit man. There are some ten hours prayers with little impact, but some one sentence utterances at certain spiritual levels can bring instantaneous results. When you hit certain levels in GOD, even your jokes can be dangerous. Our approval rating before GOD differs. Those with high approval before GOD are dangerous and they ignite instant blessings in the lives of those who minister to and honour the hand of GOD on their lives. Evil forces hate them the most. Just by passing in a place, many ammunition and works of darkness will be destroyed. Their presence is fire.

A believers true spiritual level has nothing to do with age, wealth, Church size, appearance, etc. There are many who carry great spiritual authority, yet are not crowd pullers.

IT IS SIMPLY A FUNCTION OF YOUR DEPTH IN GOD, WALKING WITH GOD AND FAITHFULNESS TO GOD.

Look well before you despise a truly approved man of GOD lest you step on hot live wire. At certain levels, evil forces still summon your spirit and it responds, though JESUS will always deliver you. When you grow past that stage, whoever attempts such will never live to tell the story. It all depends on the strength of your spirit man. Take the following steps to rise higher and higher...

1. Maintain a pure heart and pure life in words and deed. Keep a strong conscience before GOD. The slightest mistake on your part, repent immediately.
2. Spend long hours in your closet praying in tongues, especially night prayers. Take time to tarry long in HIS presence.
3. Stay faithful to GOD through thick and thin. Little compromises here and there drops your spirit fire.
4. Ask GOD to take you higher and deeper in HIM. Mind you, HE may allow certain tests and trials to come your way, always pass the tests and maintain your faithfulness to HIM no matter the case. This keeps moving you up in the spirit.
5. True worship constantly draws your spirit to heaven, always spend time in worship.
6. Take time to constantly feed your spirit on GOD'S Word. It builds your spirit man.
7. Stay far away from envy, greed, pride, lust, strife, attraction  to mundane things of life, etc, you won't rise far with such in you. They will drain your spirit fire.
8. Always practice spirit praying. How ? Just stay quiet before GOD in a place where you can be alone undisturbed. Leave your watch somewhere else, forget time. Start by talking to the HOLY SPIRIT as if HE is beside you, pray in tongues, talk to HIM...keep going and HE will lead you in prayers. When you pray like this, your spirit charge and rise fast. Best to have worship playing as you do this.

Above all, your state of heart before GOD will eventually determine your height in GOD. Ask HIM to perform needed surgery on you to make you have a perfect heart before HIM. Not all will attain the same height in GOD, only those who have been tested and proven true will experience certain dimensions in GOD. 

We know praises and worship is fire, it is power, it is like a spiritual nuclear bomb to the powers of darkness. It moves heaven, moves Angels, serve as sacrifice unto GOD, destroys chambers and ammunition of darkness within range, gives victory in spiritual warfare, attracts divine mercy, brings down GOD'S glory, activate the HOLY SPIRIT to move and touch lives and many things that happens as we praise and worship GOD. Many things happen in the unseen realm that you may not see as we praise and worship GOD. Many victories and disasters averted that you may never be aware of until you reach heaven. Many of you have escaped many deaths just by offering GOD true praise and worship. True praises and worship can cast out devils, they can't stand it. Simple test, enter a public commercial bus filled with people and begin to sing praises and worship, not loudly so as not to disturb others, just quietly to GOD'S hearing only and watch what happens. You may play on your device, attach your earpiece and sing along quietly without disturbing others who might want to sleep or read. Some agents, not all, will show signs of being uncomfortable, some will stare at you in hostile manners, others may pick unreasonable quarrel with you, etc. One once looked back at me from her front seat with so much hatred as if I should drop dead. She couldn't hide it. I actually sing a lot sometimes (not all the time) during my ministrations, this is big trouble for them, one major reason they want me out (watch my 2007 campus ministration, those who have it should share), meanwhile loads of their agents have moved in to snatch praise and worship from us and render it powerless, though with so much glitz and glitter. Once they are in full control of all paraphernalia of praise and worship (production, marketing, concerts, Church service, etc), no Gospel artiste will be allowed to minister unless they have been initiated, rendering their worship powerless. This will spell doom for the world. I know this because of the loads of deadly ammunition dispatched against me each time I release my own home made praises and worship. They simply wanted me to stop. Quite funny !

The question then is, how come we have so much praise programmes, worship services, praise videos and audios in circulation worldwide, yet little spiritual impact in the lives of people and hardly produce victory in spiritual warfare. In fact, the same forces our praises and worship destroy their evil works also sing praises and worship, some of them even produce and market them. Of course they are not stupid, neither will they do that which will hurt them. The reason is simple, not all praise and worship singing have impact, they do it to sabotage praises and worship.

But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

Truth encompasses a lot of things, including purity in thought, words and deeds. Not all hands lifted in prayers and praise makes any meaning to heaven.

1 Timothy 2:8. KJV
I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.

Hands lifted in prayers and worship unto GOD must be holy hands. When such happens heaven is moved. Satan and his forces feel very comfortable in the midst of praises, prayers and worship laced in sin and unrighteousness. Evil forces know this, this is why they will go all out to ensure that true worship in holiness and purity is sabotaged, they bring in their agents to run praises and worship in Churches and diverse places, initiate Gospel artistes or even produce Gospel songs with occult money and instruments that will keep GOD away from such praises. Of course, immense wealth is used to cover all these. So much so called praise and worship programmes are set up everywhere, all lacking power. All these are done not to facilitate true praise and worship that reach GOD, but to sabotage it.

Decades back, when the true Church use to produce our own praises and worship and demand strict standards of holiness and purity in the choir and our music groups, there wasn't wealth, but praises and worship had power. Agents dare not invade the Church the way they have done now. Today things are different, many of our Church and ministry funding have evil foundations sabotaging the true Church. This gives them right of access to come in and run things.

Well, you can still praise and worship GOD in spirit and in truth as a person. Keep doing it as often as you can on your own. Mind you, those who truly worship GOD in spirit and in truth are the headache of darkness, they will come after you. I write from experience. Never lose your holiness, that will be their main target. Now, let us worship GOD.
